The Gymnasium Groundbreaking Ceremony for St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, Toms River, New Jersey took place on February 1, 2009. The blessing of the grounds ceremony was presided by His Eminence, Metropolitan Evangelos of New Jersey, and assisted by the Very Rev. Archimandrite George Nikas, St. Barbara Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Paul Pappas, Rev. Deacon Michael Diamantakos and Rev. Deacon Panagiotis Hanley.
